Crystal Candy Set

We strive to ship your candy within 72 hours of your order. We utilize USPS and offer tracking information to all our clients. If the forecast predicts temperatures exceeding 80°F, we will ensure that your products are not dispatched over the weekend, preventing them from sitting in the heat during transit

Managing Crystal Condensation in Warm Weather

during warmer months or in regions with elevated temperatures, you might observe a slight condensation or “sweating” when they arrive.

This phenomenon is a natural response to changes in temperature and humidity and does not compromise the quality, safety, or delightful taste of your gems.

The Solution:

• Remove the candies from their packaging.

• Place them on a flat plate or tray.

• Allow them to air out in a cool, dry room for 24 to 48 hours.

The Outcome:

Once they acclimate to room temperature, your crystals will revert to their original state.
